The Council-owned land at 58-60 Station Street, Bayswater has now been sold.

In accordance with the Council decision at its meeting on 23 February 2026, the purchaser is required to retain 14 of the 15 trees on the site.

Council made the decision to sell the land after considering the outcomes of previous community engagement.
