Many of you worked with us over the last 18 months to develop the Community Plan 2021-2031, Council Plan 2021-2025 and Financial Plan 2021-2031. You shared your thoughts, ideas and aspirations, and told us what's important to you. Now we want to know how you think we should prioritise funding over the coming year as we begin to deliver those plans.

The Annual Budget forms an integral part of Council’s overall strategic planning framework. It outlines the financial and non-financial resources needed to help achieve the Community Vision and implement the Council Plan 2021-2025.

Working with you to identify priorities will allow Council to make important financial decisions, balance current and future needs, and ensure we are financially sustainable well into the future.
