At the Council Meeting on 27 November 2023, Council decided to proceed with the sale of 73-75 Eildon Parade, Rowville, 4 Coorie Avenue Bayswater, and 10 Tamara Street, Wantirna South. The sale of 10 Tamara Street, will come with a condition to protect 2 significant trees.
