Thank you for sharing the key priorities you want Council to focus on for the next four years. Your feedback is helping us develop our Council and Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025-29 and 10-year Financial Plan.

We are pleased to be able to share with you what we heard.

Across March and April 2024 over 1,059 community members participated in our engagement. Our Broad Community Engagement Report summarises the community insights captured.

Following this engagement, we invited a representative sample of our community to participate in Our Knox Community Panel in May. The Community Panel spent 10.5 hours together over three sessions to explore the challenges and opportunities facing Knox City Council, including considering your feedback. They reviewed the health and wellbeing priorities and the Community Vision. At the end of the third session they developed recommendations for draft themes, strategic objectives and strategies. Our Community Panel Engagement Report summarises the insights from the Community Panel. The recommendations of the Community Panel will also help us develop the next Council and Health and Wellbeing Plan.

Our Knox Community Panel will come back together for a final workshop with Councillors, following the upcoming Council elections, to present on the process and discuss the outcomes of the Community Panel.

A final community engagement report will be released with the Council and Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025‐29.
