The Council Plan will build on our Community Vision and have a strong focus on the health and wellbeing of our community.

The plan is our promise to the Knox community. It sets out what we will do to respond to changing needs and will be shaped by our aspirations, needs, values and priorities, and inform long term financial planning.

For this project we will be engaging our community at the level of Collaborate on the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) Spectrum.

This means we will look to the community for advice and innovation in formulating solutions and incorporate your advice and recommendations into the decisions as much as possible.
