At the 8 December 2025 council meeting, Council adopted the Stormwater Asset Management Plan 2025. The following motions were carried relating to the Stormwater Asset Management Plan:

• Council advocating to State and Federal Members of Parliament for adequate funding to mitigate flood-prone areas across Knox. Our advocacy work will seek to increase investment in stormwater and flood-resilience infrastructure, including upgrades to legacy undersized assets impacted by climate change, particularly in light of increased housing targets and associated pressure on Knox's drainage networks.
• Provide a report to council meeting by December 2026 (unless deferred to a later date in consultation with the Mayor) on progress implementing the Stormwater Asset Management Plan 2025.

Earlier, at the 27 October 2025 council meeting, Council endorsed the Road Management Plan Review Report – 2025-2036.

Future amendments of the Road Management Plan will be managed in accordance with Road Management Act General Regulations 2016.
