The Annual Budget delivers services and facilities outlined in the Council Plan 2021-25.

We strongly understand community priorities from the extensive deliberative engagement in developing the Council Plan 2021-2025 in 2020.

Before the draft Budget is developed early next year, we seek to understand if community priorities have shifted.

Your feedback will help inform Council’s financial decisions to balance the needs of our diverse community.

Improving community engagement

Recent changes to the Local Government Act 2020 allows more flexible and earlier engagement on the annual budget. We are bringing forward community engagement so your feedback can be better used to inform the development of the draft Annual Budget 2023/24.
