Tormore Reserve pavilion upgrade

Thank you to everyone who provided feedback during consultation. Consultation has closed.

The existing Masterplan, adopted by Council in 2016, proposed a significant revamp to the pavilion, making it a modern and inclusive hub for sports and community activities.

Informed by community feedback, the refurbished pavilion will include:

• inclusive change rooms and toilets, including facilities for female players
• social and multi-purpose spaces with a viewing platform
• a meeting room and an office space
• expanded storage
• fully refurbished kitchen, kiosk, and bar.

Funding for this project includes $1.2 million from State Government and $5 million from Federal Government.

Construction

Construction of the pavilion is currently underway and is expected for completion in June 2026.
