How is parking in Rowville?

Share your thoughts on parking in Rowville Activity Centre, including parking availability, time restrictions, issues and accessibility parking.

Your feedback will inform the development of the draft Rowville Parking Management Plan, which aims to improve parking in the area.

We are interested in hearing from residents, business owners, workers and visitors. By sharing your views and experiences, you can influence existing parking restrictions and parking space design.

Activity centres are vibrant places where people shop, work, access public transport, connect with family and friends, and live. These areas are allocated by State Government.

Rowville Activity Centre includes Stud Park Shopping Centre, Rowville Community Centre, Rowville Secondary College and Rowville Primary School.

Council has an important role in managing parking to ensure it is fair, equitable, accessible and safe for our community. Council does this by implementing the Knox Parking Policy (adopted in 2018). This involves developing parking management plans for activity centres and applying parking measures such as implementing time restrictions and managing parking permits.
