We are seeking feedback on your experiences at the new Miller’s Homestead.
In 2020 we responded to community feedback to re-open Miller’s Homestead and Gardens in Boronia to the community, after it had been relatively dormant for many years.
Miller's was re-opened to the public as a collective use arts and history centre in March 2022.
To help us deliver arts and history events and activities at Miller's, we appointed Eastern Regional Libraries (ERL) for a 12 month pilot period.
We would like to know your thoughts on whether Miller's is delivering on its vision of being a collective use arts and history centre.
What's happened so far?
Over the past 7 months, Miller's has hosted has organised many events and activities, including:
- library and literature activities
- children’s programs and story time
- community and cultural workshops and events
- arts partnership programs
- heritage collections and quiet reading room space
- genealogy services
- gardening and sustainability activities.
Community members and organisations can also hire Miller's as a meeting, workshop or event space.
Find out more about the services and programs at Miller's Homestead on the ERL website.
