The community panel held its fourth and final session on Saturday 1 April. Bringing together the work they've completed over the last few weeks, the panel developed its statement to Council to represent community perspectives on each of the options being considered.

Once the statement was finalised and agreed by the group, panellists took time to reflect on the panel process. Councillors Marcia Timmers-Leitch (Mayor), Susan Laukens and Yvonne Allred also visited to hear from panellists about their experiences, ask questions about the process and thank members for their contribution.

The panel's statement will be presented to Council in the coming months and will then be published on Have Your Say.
